First U.K. edition, very good lacking a dust jacket. Dark blue-green cloth with gilt lettering on spine and front board. The spine is dulled and has one short L-shaped tear at the top corner. The front hinge is starting and there is minor foxing to first few pages. The outline of a rectangular sheet is offset into both endpapers, and the bottom corners are bumped. A lot of minor flaws, but in all a pretty nice copy of the book in which The Warrior's Soul first appeared. With a Preface by R. B. Cunninghame Graham.

Garden City, NY Doubleday, Page & Company 1920 First Edition Hard Cover
First US edition (preceding the British edition), very good in like dust jacket. Some spotting to the page edges; owner's name and date (May 28, 1920) behind front flap of jacket. Faint dampstaining has slightly dulled the dark blue cloth (can only be seen when the book is held at the correct angle to the light) on the spine and rear panel, and there is a small piece of the jacket adhered at the top left of the front board. The second issue jacket has the original price of "Net $2.50" printed over, and just beneath is printed "Net $2.00". The dampstaining on the spine, and especially the rear panel, can be seen on the jacket in the form of slight rippling and darkening. No evidence of any dampstains internally, and the binding is square and tight. Fairly scarce in the original dust jacket.
