Very good+ to near fine in original heavy cardstock covers with a red paper spine covering the staples with which it is bound. The front cover has very light edgewear, and a couple of tiny creases at the edges. The rear cover has a little more edgewear and creasing, but is still very bright and clean. The line drawing of Mickey on the title page has faint evidence of parts of his costumes being pencilled in, with the pencil marks erased. A tight, clean, square copy with no marks inside or out, except the described erasure. Book Number 2 in the series.

Staff of Walt Disney Studio The Adventures of Mickey Mouse: Book I
Philadelphia David McKay Company; (1931) First Edition Hard Cover
Near fine in original color illustrated heavy cardstock covers, with a blue paper spine. The spine is just slightly mottled in color, but has no loss or fraying. The covers are bright, with only minimal wear at corners and edges. In the lower right portion of the front cover (just above "Book I" printed there), the name Russell was written in pencil, in a child's fairly heavy hand. The name has been erased, but the faint impression of the letters on the cover is still visible. The interior is fine, with no names or other markings throughout. Color illustrations on every page are bright and crisp. A superior example of this early Disney effort.
