First issue (page 25, line 13 contains the words "careful gentlemen"). Very good+ lacking a dust jacket. Maroon cloth with gilt lyre on front cover, gilt lettering on spine. The cloth is a little worn at spine ends with a couple of short nicks. Hinges are tight, top edge gilt is bright, a tight and clean copy. Includes "Renascence" by Edna St. Vincent Millay five years before her first book was published, as well as poems by Bynner, W. R. Benet, Donn Byrne and many others; each poet was represented by one poem in the collection.
