1 Graham, Gid Animal Outlaws: Thrilling Accounts of Heroic Animals
Collinsville, OK Author Published; (1938) First Edition Hard Cover Signed by Author
Very good in a good+ dust jacket. Red cloth a little worn at top of spine where jacket is chipped. The jacket has loss at the top of the spine, somewhat affecting the title, and a couple of small dampstains, not affecting the book. Inscribed by the author to Judge Harry Campbell of Tulsa. Laid in is a signed transmittal letter to the judge and copy of a return letter to Gid Graham (unsigned) in which Judge Campbell suggests the book might be of interest to Lon Stansberry, Arthur Antle, Roy Getman, and Bailey Bell; all of whom are well known residents of Tulsa (Stansberry wrote The Passing of 3D Ranch, an early history of Tulsa). Gid Graham was of Cherokee descent, and served in the Oklahoma Senate in the 1930's.
