Fine in green boards, lacking a dust jacket. All other copies of this book I have seen are paperback. With the US Senate franking label of Senator Dewey F. Bartlett, former Governor of Oklahoma (1967 - 1971) and US Senator from Oklahoma (1973 - 1979) affixed to the front pastedown. Inscribed by the author on the front endpaper to the then Governor and dated in 1970. This copy appears to have been specially bound for the Governor, with "Governor Dewey F. Bartlett" in gilt lettering at the bottom of the front board in gilt
